I have been a patient of Dr Thurston's for 5 years. Just recently, I was referred to her by my IBD specialist as my J-Pouch had failed and was no longer working. She answered all of my questions about my upcoming surgery and she made sure I was scheduled for surgery a short 3 weeks later. Excellent Dr and he has taken very good care of me.
I had a serious complex spinal procedure. Dr. Killory explained every step of the way, and provided easy to absorb written materials which explained what would be happening. When I woke up, Dr. Killory was there to make sure I was OK. In the ensuing weeks, he and his staff took great efforts to follow my recovery and answer any concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Killory!

Went in for a physical. Expressed some of my concerns but did not feel validated. Was more concerned about checking boxes. Two days after my physical I was in the emergency room for my concerns and validated by a real team of doctors. Will not be returning.
I’ve never had to wait although I am sure he never rushes anyone to stay on schedule. He did my septoplasty and rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He’s professional, yet friendly and down to earth… I was referred to him by two friends, who both hold him in high regard, as do I without question. Thank you Dr. Castiglione, for everything you do for your patients!
