Dr. Smith and his staff are careless, lazy and unapologetic about the dreadful lack of effort they put into making sure patients are taken care of. It's downright dangerous. He seems like a nice man, but he isn't willing to put any effort into practicing medicine in the way that is best for his patients, which goes against the medical oath, do no harm. Would not recommend if you have any real health concerns.
