The office is impossible to reach - the message says the office is open until 4, but fails to tell you they stop answering calls at 3:00. The office does not use email. They have an email account; however, rarely check it. Billing is confusing, and we have mistakenly overpaid. No refund or credit given. Getting medical records sent to other doctors, or getting a prescription sent to an agency is nearly impossible. Please do not go to this doctor.
Have been going to Dr. Smith for about 7 years. He takes the necessary time for the visit. Never rushed. Trust his medical advice.

I was fortunate enough to have him as a preceptor. I have worked with many physicians in my 26 years of being in the medical field, and he is by far the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has the best bedside manner and his vast array of knowledge is very evident in the way he treats his patients. I refer patients to him frequently and they are always satisfied.
I have been going to Dr. Smith as my PCP for a few years now only visits have been for basic yearly exam and blood work. He has a great bedside manner, laid back but asks a lot of questions, and is easy to talk to. He spends a good amount of time talking with me, not rushed at all. For what I need I highly recommend him.
Dr. Smith has been my primary care physician for years, and I couldn’t be happier with his care and expertise. He’s clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and he really takes the time to listen to me and thinks carefully about any concerns I have. He also has a great sense of humor, and I enjoy going to see him.
