I appreciate being told exactly what is going on with my surgery and recovery. Dr. Badman answered all my questions honestly and understandably. I also like the email updates and explanations of where I'm at in my recovery and what to expect.

Dr. Badman diagnosed my problem on the first visit, I had no cartilage left in my right shoulder. He gave me a steroid shot. It only lasted 11 weeks. Went back for follow up visit. He said I need a shoulder replacement. Since I was going on vacation and didn’t want surgery until July he gave me another steroid shot to dull the pain. He did surgery on in July and I have been doing fine so far.

Dr Badman was running behind on my first appointment, but the time I spent with him was good. Surgery was quick. I needed very little narcotic pain relief following surgery. All caregivers in his office are excellent. So are the office staff.

DR. Badman and staff were exceptional in every visit and thru the surgery process. Today's visit is 2 years post-op and very impressed with a top notch class act medical practice. You won't be disappointed.

so I was going to have shoulder surgery with this doctor and he wanted to have a CT scan done prior and instead of letting me have it done at a hospital he insisted that it be done at RAYUS. and then not only that he told me I’m not asking you to drive to Africa. Very unprofessional for a medical professional to tell a patient. Well, I’m not asking you to drive to Africa. What the what make this makes sense

Business response:

In an effort to save patients money we typically send for the CT scan at one of the several independent places which is much cheaper. They also have the proper formatting necessary to template the surgery properly. I am sorry to have inconvenienced you but there is a process in place that results in good outcomes. I wish you the best in your care.

explaining procedure before being done It was huge when the Dr called the day after surgery to explain to 'try and keep ahead of the pain the next few days' This was my first scheduled surgery in almost 70 years The computer follow ups after surgery have been very helpful too
