First of all, I'd say that Mr. Zoeller represented me in my divorce proceedings in an obviously competent fashion. He allowed me to make my own decisions but always informed me of the possible negative outcomes and the likelihood of those consequences. My case was one where he could have easily "milked" it for a very large amount of money and taken home a very large paycheck. Instead, he took steps to avoid billing me hours. He billed excessively. He’s not the brightest bulb either. He could barely formulate an intelligible question during court hearings. Everyone had to keep asking him what he was trying to say. It was embarrassing.
