First of all, these 1 and 2 star reviews are downright ridiculous! This is one of the most patient and professional doctors who I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! There were several different issues which Brian Wagner treated me for over the course of several months' time. Each and every visit to this doctor was timely, professional, and handled with the utmost of care. Without any reserve whatsoever, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brian Wagner who I consider to be the consummate professional!
This doctor gave me very poor care.First he books 2 patients for the same appointment time which cut my time with him in half to about 7 minutes.Then he fails to diagnose a simple issue and instead tells me to come back to see him again in 1 month.Please avoid this doctor.

Sometimes long patient interactions, multiple patient questions, emergency appointments, complex foot and ankle problems, insurance authorization calls, and other extraneous issues shorten or change my daily schedule. Absolutely amazing! Nice and personable. Quick and painless. Brian is unbelievable. I had an issue and they saw me the same day. They performed surgery the next day and the whole process felt like minutes. The secretary is so helpful and nice and the nurses are so kind. This place is like from a movie. I’d give more stars but I can only give 5.
I like Dr Wagner’s conservative approach and complete review of problem before recommending a surgery to fix your problem. I’ve already recommended him to a few people.
Dr. Wagner seems fine but the office is extremely disorganized. If you don't follow up on EVERY little detail you will be waiting forever for your orthotics. Very disorganized office with too many people who don't know what is going on with patients.

I called on the Friday of a holiday weekend and was able to get an appointment on the very next business day. This was wonderful especially as a new patient. If your looking for a great podiatrist in CT, this is the place to go. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wagner.
I was beyond impressed with my experience with Dr. Wagner and his staff. He is an extremely intelligent, compassionate and caring person, and a truly outstanding doctor. I consider myself fortunate to have found him. After eight years of foot pain that I thought was not correctable, to the point where my mobility was becoming extremely limited, took a chance and made an appointment. I can not say it enough, "Thank you Dr. Wagner you gave me my life back"!
Dr. Wagner is a very knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough professional. His assistants are very supportive of that ethic, too.
Dr. Wagner saw me within a few days of my first call. No waiting when I arrived and was greeted by a very cordial staff member. He listened attentively and ordered X-rays. He arrived at a diagnosis and highly recommended surgery for both feet. Dr. Wagner fully explained anticipated level of pain and length of recovery. I had surgery at their outpatient center and was very pleased with my care. Recovery was just as he said and within a month I had pain free feet. Great Doctor!
