Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
