Medical Negligence / Incomplete Surgery From the first date that I met Dr. Machida: I repeatedly and directly stated to him (and to Norma [Office Mgr], and to Bertha [Receptionist]) that my Primary Concern was the FRONT of my face (namely my mouth/lips area which points downward “like a downward facing crescent moon”); and that my Secondary Concern was the SIDES of my face. I am very happy and extremely pleased with Dr. Machida's procedure and results. There was very little pain. I went back to work very quickly. I already told my friend about my procedure who rushed over and was very impressed with my results. I even went to a club since I am single and met a man who said I am a 'hot tamale'. I have much more self confidence and do not look my age. I look at least 15 years younger.

Dr. Machida very amazing and knowledgeable. He does amazing work. I have already referred two friends and everyone else to him. I had no discomfort and had more discomfort from another procedure from a different doctor. The staff was very nice and hospitable. The facility was clean and welcoming. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him.
