Met with Dr Brian Wong today for the first time. I’ve read his reviews and saw complaints about waiting & fee’s & him speaking frankly. However I read only paise for his surgical skills & results which is the most important thing. My first consultation this morning there was no wait. Dr Wong was direct, which feels like honesty to me. Dr Wong takes my insurance which I greatly appreciate. I had a large skin cancer repair on my nose done last year & currently still have a living skin graft from my cheek attached to my nose.
Dr, Wong and his team are so amazing! He was able to help me to breathe despite the fact that my surgery was done a week ago. Dr ,Wong explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He called me many times before my post-op apt and reassured me during my recovery. He found a solution to a problem I've had my whole life. I'm beyond thankful to him.
If you are looking for a quality doctor, one who won't waste your time and truly wants to help you, don't come here. You will get the run around, assigned to his "fellow/training" ENT that will leave in the middle of your treatment, turn you over to Dr Wong and have him tell you the opposite of what was supposed to happen, bait/switch type tactics. Dr. Wong performed my cosmetic rhinoplasty back in 2016 and I am to this day so happy with my results. I had one rhinoplasty prior and I wasn’t completely satisfied with how it turned out. I was referred to Dr. Wong and I understand why! He spent so much time in surgery perfecting my nose, it came out exactly how I had envisioned it. Not only that but Dr. Wong called me every single day for 10 days to check in on me post recovery. Would definitely recommend.
