Desiring to move out-of-state to Idaho I found Brian Hymas on YouTube. Prior to our trip Brian organized a zoom MTG. My family was able to verbalize wants & needs in a desired house setting/neighborhood. Brian met us at our hotel. He was our chauffeur & guide for two days. I found Brian on YouTube what caught my attention the most was he said he had been born and raised in the Idaho area specifically several of the areas we were thinking about looking for our next new home. He spent time with us on a zoom call before we have arrived in Idaho to get a better idea of what we were looking for.
