I have trusted Dr Holmes both surgeries I had. (In the last 4 years.I have a complicated situation and previous big fusion that another doctor did and it crippled me for a decade and half almost. Very good experience start to finish
First time to see Dr. Holmes. It was a referral from PCP. He was very professional and spoke about the care that was needed after reviewing the information concerning my issue. Explained things as needed and set up referral back with PCP for physical therapy.
My provider was kind,caring and very professional
Dr. Holmes discussed treatment with me immediately. He came in for a consult when he wasn’t on call so that I could stay closer to home for my surgery. He was personable and answered all of my questions. The surgery and recovery went exactly as planned. If you’re ever in need of a neurosurgeon- something I never thought I would have knowledge of- I would 100% recommend Dr. Holmes.
I was very pleased to get back in with Dr. Holmes. He completed a spinal fusion 12 years ago and I am now having some different issues. He shows compassion and professionalism while listening to my concerns. He takes the time to show me visually what my issues are and answer any questions I may have. I missed 17 straight days of work because i couldn't walk. After MRI Dr. Holmes has fixed my back pain. I had a discectomy done by Dr. Holmes and 1 month later the pain is gone. Very small scar, back to work in 2 week with limits. Everything is great so far. Parkway staff from setting this up to following up after surgery was excellent. I will recommend Dr. Holmes and Parkway Neuroscience to anyone who tells me they have back pain. My back feels much better. No cramping in my legs at all anymore
Dr. Holmes described the procedure thoroughly and answered all questions I had. He was very pleasant.
