I took my baby to the appt and They made me wait for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. TWO hours. This is excessive and disrespectful. I did arrive 20 min late to the appt but nobody told me I would be waiting for this long, even though I asked many times. Otherwise I would’ve step out the second after I got here. The appt took 5 min. Parents, if you are coming with babies, expect a crazy long wait. Never coming back.
Dr. Brian Ho and his staff are well great and wonderful people.
Dr. Ho is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. My son struggled with recurring ear infections, and after Dr. Ho recommended ear tubes, they honestly made such a huge difference. The office also offered virtual appointments, which was incredibly helpful since we live far away. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and attentive care.
Great follow up via zoom. Very helpful to meet online as we live 4 hours away. Thank you for accommodating. Isabella was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
