After waiting several months, it was a disappointment to realize that Dr. Brian H. didn't care to find out more about the cause of my son's hearing problems. Based on a simple hearing test, he concluded that there was no functional issue and he didn't even order a CT scan or MRI to look for other possible causes. However, he wanted to schedule a follow-up visit with a doctor from his own office. He said that he was neck specialist and the other was ear specialist. I took my baby to the appt and They made me wait for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. TWO hours. This is excessive and disrespectful. I did arrive 20 min late to the appt but nobody told me I would be waiting for this long, even though I asked many times. Otherwise I would’ve step out the second after I got here. The appt took 5 min. Parents, if you are coming with babies, expect a crazy long wait. Never coming back.
Dr. Brian Ho and his staff are well great and wonderful people.
