Extremely disappointing experience at Brian Hilton Wyong. I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM and was told it would be ready for collection at 4:00 PM. Since they offer a customer drop-off service within a 5 km radius, I asked if I could be dropped at Westfield Tuggerah, which seemed like a reasonable request.
