Exceptional Service Above and Beyond! I cannot thank Jacob and Zahn at Brian Hilton Toyota in Wyong enough for literally saving our trip. We were just starting our "Big Lap" and heading off on a 10.5 hour long haul to Geelong when we discovered two stressful issues early in the morning: a fuel sensor warning light and a derailed window (leaving it unable to close). We recently purchased a new Kia Sportage. The colour in the model we wanted was out of stock and we were told it could be four months wait. We were not in a hurry so it didn't really bother us too much, but ended up arriving a month earlier than anticipated. Sales person, Samantha Beverley, kept us up to date with progress and was extremely friendly and good to deal with. Thank you Sam :). I hope the service dept will be as good!
Stood waiting to be served while others served in front of me, thats when anyone is at the counter. Staff rude walking around on mobile phones like you don't exist.
