Not even worth one star Gotta be the single worst experience I've ever been through just to service my car. Over the course of 18 months my car was probably in the workshop for 4 months with the worst single case of five weeks. I reckon they broke more than they fixed, they fixed the latest issue apparently test drove the car only for me to pick the car up get into it and and check engine light comes straight on or the same obvious noise still clearly and obviously evident. Dropped car off they needed 4 days it sat in carpark for 4 days before it moved then told Wednesday to Friday week after go into Toyota and be told next Tuesday so come Tuesday service manager at wyong needs to pull his finger out and do the job right or give to someone who can do many phone calls but the I no nothing manager don't call back so bring on Tuesday if it's not fixed
Oh what a feeling SHITOTA Have had multiple issues with multiple utes in regards to dpf issues Returned the car to get a burn off at was having issues once again. Was billed for works which should have been under warranty and told and told when paid that the other Toyota that carried out repair 3 years ago did it wrong which is why it needed repairs again. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever dealt. 1 Never can get through to anyone in charge. 2. Never receive call backs 3. I had a booking for 3 months and was told a hire car will be waiting for me when I dropped my car off. They turned around and said that unfortunately they didn't know where the hire car was? It's been 3 weeks and my hire car and actual car are still not in my possession. 4.
