I'm disappointed and shocked that apparently someone at Brian Hilton Wyong removed the NRMA battery that was fitted in my car and replaced it with a Repco one! I was told this by the NRMA chap who l needed to get my car to start yesterday morning. He said this was the only explanation he could offer and he had never seen anything like this before. Picked up my BRAND NEW Kia Seltos from this dealership, noticed there was an oddly shaped scratch on the back window. Sent a message to the dealership about the issue and got left on read… I then drove the car into the dealership myself and had them have a look at it, they said that they will do some paperwork and get back in contact with me. Not once do I ever receive a phone call or email back despite me phoning nearly every day for 2 weeks. I was then finally told that the scratch was in the tint and I myself had to take ... read more
