One of the few dealerships where it’s been a pleasure to deal with the staff! They certainly have their customer service model right! Katie was our sales person, go to woe definitely five stars. Every staff member,from sales manager, to accounts, (deposit), smiling lady from admin, and last but not least Gabe who stood in for Katie on collection day (today), five stars. Twice now with the 15000 and 30000 service they tried to tell me that the book service is only a guide . Arguing that the brake fluid isn't replaced even tho the book says otherwise on 30000. And Arguing about a/c cabin filter isn't at 15000 even tho book says otherwise.
