Excellent experience all around. Check-in with Wendy was easy and all forms were filled in online in advance. Taylor was a very helpful and had a pleasant personality. Dr Ray is totally professional (even though she is an Aggie :-)) and I have great confidence in her. Hygienist Janis was extremely thorough in my cleaning and gave me some helpful tips. I will be with Oak Hills for the long haul.
Without a doubt this is the most efficient, professional and welcoming office I've ever utilized. They all made the anticipation of dental work as pleasant as possible. Everything was explained in detail, including the financial aspect. I have no fear and feel I can trust them in all facets of this procedure. Great experience!
I feel as though Dr. Pam Ray and Melia, RDH, are part of my family. They care about how I feel and those life issues that might be changing my health status in some way. They are cheerful, helpful and empathetic when they need to be. My oral health is under great care and I trust them to make good suggestions to me. I have been a patient there for at least 11 years. I am a real partner in my oral health care.
Everyone at Dr. Ray's office is very professional and friendly. Follow up is terrific. Dr. Ray is a gifted doctor. I highly recommend this office.
