As usual, extremely professional and attentive.
It's not often that you find a doctor/dentist who takes the time to spend with you, and give you the whole picture, and discuss treatment options. Dr. Pamela Ray was thorough, patient, and took the time to give me details on what she was seeing, her opinion on what she was seeing, and care options. I left there very comfortable that I understood my situation clearly and completely.
Staff very professional and courteous. Excellent doctor and explains to patient procedures efficiently and easy to understand language.
As always all of your staff are friendly and try to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Thank you!
Dr. Pamela Ray and her staff are simply exceptional! They make you feel welcome and are genuinely concerned with your well being and progress as dental work is completed with your primary dentist. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
Dr Ray cares about the total health of the patient and gently declined a surgical procedure for my Mom because she felt it was not in her best interest! Amazing team and I would not trust my Mom to anyone else.
My scaling appointment went very well. Janis did a great job on this and I appreciated being able to do the two days back to back. And to Wendy for all the help she has been. Cheers, Bob Benson
