I've been coming here for about thirteen years, I could not imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is kind, pleasant and thorough.
The toughest part of writing this review is calculating how long I've been a customer. About 20 years! The professionalism and manner of the staff and the excellence of the Dental services keep me happily returning. I look forward to partnering with Dr. Hicks and staff for many more years. I love Dr. Hicks and his ENTIRE staff. This office is so professional, friendly and accommodating. They truly care about each patient and well being. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I have been a patient for several years and I don't think 5 stars are enough to rate Dr. Hicks and his amazing staff. They are all very professional, knowledgable, empathetic, and are top notch in customer service. I always enjoy having some laughs with the staff which makes the visit so much more enjoyable. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
Dr. Hicks is excellent. Our family has not been to the office in a few years, but that is only because we moved from Buffalo Grove to Antioch in 2006 and it was too far for us to drive with four kids and a hectic lifestyle. My husband was a patient since 1990 and I joined in 1993 when we were married (under Dr. Gillis). Words can not describe what a wonderful dental office Dr. Hicks has. The sincere concern for his patients well being shows in each and every one of his staff. I suggest you do what I do...... just show up and do what they tell you!
