Past claims have been handled promptly, fairly and to my complete satisfaction. Today I just needed help replacing a lost car insurance card, and McKenzie had one in my hands within 15 minutes. Also, and very importantly, I was able to reach her directly by phone! How often does that happen today? Brian Hazelrigg knows customer service.
We have remained with State Farm since 2011 due to Brian's competence, diligence, integrity and support. He's one call away when needed and always happy to assist in whatever insurance question we might have. He's the reason we're with State Farm.
