NONE, I would not take any living thing to see him. I am doing this to warn other people, do not see this doctor. My pain is 10x worse. During the epidural he does not use sedation, he hit the nerve and replied, this is good. Everyday, I wish I never went there. It feels like the needle is still in my back hitting that nerve. It wakes me up at night. My body was trembling for two days and my heart still at times flutters, I have sharp pain sitting down, lifting things. Stay Away!
Not good. Wait time 2 hours, then 10 minutes with physician. Impossible to speak to anyone on the telephone and messages go unreturned. You get the feeling you are bothering them just by being there. Will go to Jax for quality care in future.

I thought Dr. Haycook was very professional and patient physician. He took time to go thru all of my questions and fears. He did an extremely thorough job. It has been a number of years but I have been pain free since my procedure.

Dr Haycook was amazing. I had awful back pain. I had problems with my insurance company and the staff handled the problem for me so I didn't have to mess with it. I ended up in the emergency room due to some problems and he met me there at 10pm at night. I couldn't believe that he would do that. Through the whole process Dr Haycook and his staff really helped me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He was completely dismissive of my daughter's back pain with her worsening scoliosis. We were pretty shocked when he said "scoliosis doesn't cause pain." Meanwhile the kid has been in pain and the xray show a 17 percent curve. The whole visit was really unbelievable. DO NOT bother visiting this doctor!!
Excellent Dr. Haycook was thorough with both diagnosis and treatment. A lifesaver. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
