I was just looking one night and did not have alot of time and a salesman suggested I come back the next day when I had more time. He even suggested I check the website. When I came back, he had another gentleman help me cuz he was busy with another customer. I was not rushed and the first guy remembered the key features I was looking for. I ended up buying a car and a few weeks later when I had headlight issues they fixed it for no charge. I have never been happier. I loved EVERYTHING about going to BRAIN HARRIS'S in selah...i thought my options were limited on being a first Time car buyer (with no credit), but boy was i wrong. Rich Brandt was so awesome on helping my hubby and i, took his time and an amazing deal to make sure we got the car that we wanted!
