I purchased a 2015Elantra there was told keep all records and I did. But when car.had problem Dealership had not one record of this car. No prior services Absolutely Nothing. I do not recommend. I was sold a lemon. Paid for it all in one day. Three days go by and it starts acting up. Before I’ve had the car for a week, it has a problem starting up and also had trouble with the gears going into park... before I’ve had the car for two weeks, it broke down while I was driving with my son. We could’ve been killed thanks to this car. I thought buying a car from them since it was recommended to my family, that’s it’d be a good investment. Anyone looking for a car or truck should definitely see John at Brian Harris. John made the buying process a breeze. I didn’t even have to be there waiting. He called me when the car was in and I was in and out with my new car in 30 minutes. I will most certainly be a Brian Harris customer again!
Great experience. Took us a long time to decide between trying the vehicle and coming back again, but John Boese was an excellent sales rep. Provided great service, brought the car down for us to get the independent inspection done and covered the cost. Very pleased with our overall experience.
