Excellent realtor, who explained everything perfectly, and cared about everything we suggested. Always answered our calls no matter what time and day was. Did an excellent job of selling the house. We need it to move to Vegas in a month and the house was sold the first opening house. Thanks again, Brian. Highly recommend this realtor.
Mr Hammer was awesome. I love the fact that he matched our pace and was not pushy. He allowed enough space for us not to feel pressured. He was flexible and provided listing based on our criteria. Great realtor to work with. We recommend him strongly.
To be honest it was a little nerve-racking with this being our first home but Brian made the whole process easy and understandable. He explained everything down to a tee and if we had any questions after that he still explained it even more! LOL he was very patient with all of our questions and helpful throughout the whole process even after we signed I still had questions, we still called him and he was more than willing to help us out after the fact.
