I was a nervous wreck about this visit. Upon entrance, my presence was acknowledged immediately by Ms. Taja. Ms. Taja, was very professional, empathetic, polite, friendly which helped to calm my nerves. As I was sitting in the waiting room to see the doctor, I observed Ms. Taja, greeting and assisting other patients with the same professional services that she provided me.
