Went to Dr. Allen for foot pain that I had never had before. Dr. Allen gave me a cortisone injection at site of pain and then a new pain came back about 3 days later. At that time Dr. Allen took an X-ray and told me a had a small osteolyitic avulsion fracture and gave me another cortisone injection. Fast forward 3 months and I'm back at Dr allens office after an MRI revealed possible Neuroma vs another anomaly. By the way, had to wait 2 weeks after MRI to get my appointment. I'm disappointed!!

I went to Dr. Allen for the first time---and had never had any trouble with my feet before that. He took an xray and ultrasound and said I had plantar fasciitis in one foot and a bone spur in another. He said the only option was surgery to remove the bone spur and then the fasciitis would probably go away. The office staff were AWFUL!!! I ended up going to another doctor who said I didn't need surgery and fixed the problem. I would NOT recommend this doctor and staff.

I walked into Dr. Allen's office today just to ask a few questions as my son's ortho doc had overbooked his schedule and cancelled my son's surgery. I spoke with Autumn at the front desk, she seemed very caring, she took my son's X-rays and showed them to Dr. Allen, Dr. Allen recommended us to go and see Dr. Wellman, he even took the time to call the other doctor and tell them MY son needed to get in right away. Because of this office, my son is going to have his surgery tomorrow. THANK YOU

Dr. Allen did an ultrasound and found out I had plantar fasciitis. He gave me cortisone shots in the bottom of my arch which I found out is the most painful place to give this shot. I had a very hard time breathing through the procedure it was so painful I was very dizzy and felt like I was going to throw up. I thought I might pass out. He left. I will never go back. My new doc says he would never give the shot in that spot, that's just a bad place to give that shot. I will never refer!!
