Communication was terrible with their Agency. I changed vehicles and they told me the rate was going down around $10 / month. Then I get a bill that is almost $90 higher. I reach out to see what happened because I don’t renew for 4 more months. The producer says she doesn’t know what happened and she’ll look into it. 9 days go by and I don’t get any communication from them.
