Everyone from the nice lady that helped me get checked in until I walked out was great. Appointment was on time and everyone was very polite and thorough in there explanations of what to expect.
Dr Elliott stated pro and con of operation on my foot first thing, all business. I liked this the most no sale.job, just the facts and out comes of operation. Dr. Elliott straight talk eased my tensions in having operation. I new I needed. Post OP was great also. Dr. explained all steps and reasons to get me fully recovered. Dr. Elliot is very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. So glad I went as my condition was not what I thought it was and required treatment.
All staff were kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Elliott took time to understand the problem and explained next steps thoroughly.
Dr. Elliott’s experience, expertise and attention to detail set him apart . He is kind and understanding, explains the issue, treatment options and answers questions without rushing. I originally was a patient at his former Greenfield office and now drive to the Shelbyville location without hesitation. Both Dr. Elliott and his staff are exceptional!
I’ve been going to Dr Elliott since 2017. He did surgery on my ankle and has treated me for other nerve pain issues with my foot. He’s always thorough and helpful. He and his staff want to make you feel better and are a pleasure to be around.
