Dr. Forrest is absolutely amazing! He’s very patient, genuine, and truly takes his time during our sessions. Instead of rushing straight into adjustments and sending me out the door, he started with stretching and used a massage gun to help prepare my muscles. I highly recommend him!
I am so pleased to have found Dr. Forrest! I have had a lot of experience with quite a few chiropractors over the years, and he is among the best. Dr. Forrest came highly recommended. After working with him to address a nagging shoulder issue, I can also highly recommend. His depth of knowledge and genuinely caring approach helped me learn a lot about what was going on with my body. He gave me tools to deal with this and other issues long term, while also applying a multi-disciplinary approach to direct therapy. I am so grateful to Brian and will consider him an ongoing part of a "team" of professionals I can personally rely on to maintain peak health and performance.
Dr. Forrest has been taking care of me for more than 5 years. He's seen me thru car accidents and being a klutz. He has a great approach to treatment, not going straight to cracking your back, like a typical chiropractor does. I love that he also explains things very clearly to me and gives me good exercises to do for rehab work.
