Today, my mother went into the emergency room as directed by another doctor from Urgent Care at a different Kaiser told her to do. She went in for anemia, her hemoglobin levels dropping(7.2 to 6.6 in a day), yet she was not bleeding out or anything. She ends up with this ABSOLUTE DISGRACE of a doctor. He comes in and brushes my mother off as if she was dirt beneath his shoe. She was referred to the emergency room for a blood transfusion by another doctor, who was extremely concerned. If I could give 0 stars, I would, but since Google requires at least one, that’s all I will give. DR. BRIAN THOMPSON IS AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DOCTOR. Individuals like him should not be practicing medicine as they have no compassion and understanding for their patients. He was rude, patronizing, and didn’t take time to even hear me list all of the symptoms I was experiencing.
