All around, a very pleasant experience! I came in for a routine cleaning and the staff, dental hygienists, and the doctor involved was friendly, thorough in their work, and more than happy to address any questions I have.
Wow! What an exceptional level of hospitality the moment I walked through their doors. This was my first time at this dentist office. I had gotten a Groupon for a teeth cleaning. I was greeted with a sign that said welcome Tiffany! So personalized 🥺 I was greeted with such warmth by their front staff, Carol and Joanna! I’ve had such a great experience with this dental office. Dr. Le is wonderful—she’s very gentle and always takes the time to explain what she’s going to do and what I should expect. I never feel rushed, and she makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff are equally amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time.
