Top notch dental office with a great staff. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just find out that need to have few dental procedures done. Glad it will be at Brian Dental Group.
Unethical and bad practices. On the 1st visit, they are very welcoming and ask that you give them a review to get money back or a credit. Afterwards, they show their true colors. They make you pay upfront 100% of the cost. Then, they'll submit the bill to the insurance and over bill the insurance and get paid by the insurance, as well. Yet this dental office fails to reimburse me for my overpayment, even after I've asked for reimbursement. They acknowledged the overpayment. They said they would reimburse me, yet never did.
The place is very clean. The staffs are very friendly and courteous making us feeling comfortable. The doctor is professional and explains the procedures in advance.
I recently visited Brian Dental Care for a routine cleaning and to have a crown replaced, and I am impressed with the experience. The staffs are warm, professional and the pricing is reasonable. I would recommend my friends to go to this dental care!
