They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! I am so glad I took my Father's advice and visited Brian for my back pain. I was reluctant as I had a bad experience in the past with a chiropractor who just cracked my back and sent me on my way.. Never getting to the root of the problem. Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's office too cold?
