Very detailed and caring. At 60 this was my first time having surgery and northwestern has the best staff. I have and will recommend this doctor to anyone. It's been several months since rebuilding my shoulder and it's better than before surgery. Dr. Chilelli is a gifted surgeon along with the staff of the surgical team it was the absolute best. Dr. Chilelli is a great orthopedic doctor. Many otrhopedics will act as surgeons first, seeing it as the way to always go, but he acknowledges when it isn't the best option. He is very careful and dedicated in his work; he gave me the first full look over I had after 7 years of treatment from other physicians when I first transferred to his practice.
Extremely polite, generous and courteous, was everyone on his staff. I would definitely recommend him and his work to anyone. GREAT surgeon, great doctor and great staff!!!!!!! Good job everyone!
