Dr. Chang is a rarity in the medical profession: Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his area of specialization, but he is also warm, friendly and very attentive to his patients, spending whatever time is needed to answer any questions. If you are fortunate enough to be one of his new patients, you will not be disappointed.
Dr Chang and his staff are always polite, go over the tests with me, answer any questions, come up with the best solution even in tricky situations. I always feel respected, part of the decisions, educated as to what is going on and treated well. They are a great blessing and I am thankful for their care of me and my eye each time I go in.

An outstanding office all around. Genuinely cares about the patient. Dr Chang is a great listener and explains options keeping in mind the patient’s is a part of the decision making process. Highly recommend this practice.
