I visited in February 2025 after being referred by my GP. While they accepted my insurance, they failed to mention that my insurance does not cover the lab facility they use (Clinical Labs of Hawaii). They insisted I use it, and now I’m stuck with a large, unexpected bill. Very frustrating and disappointing that patients aren’t informed about this upfront. Also, while the receptionist wasn’t rude to me personally, I overheard her being short and unprofessional with several people over the phone.
Careful. competent wise. Smart at giving choices and plans. Well worth a visit.
Brian Pien is my Infectious Disease Specialist. He is extremely thorough and works as a team member with my PCP, and my Oncologist. His coordination has been essential. His office is old but it clean. I saw nothing like the review photos. I would highly recommend.
Pien is a fucking high headed asshole. Makes you feel low and feel like shit. I wonder how his staff can survive working with him?!? Nevermind, his staff has the same attitude. Fucking bitches
