The dental hygienists are awesome at Dr. Nylaan's. They, along with Dr. Nylaan, always make my dental visits such a pleasant experience. Very professional and friendly staff there. I would highly recommend their services to family and friends.
I began seeing Dr Nylaan in March 2016 initially for a second opinion, From the initial phone call to visit, it became apparent that Dr. Nylaan, is a highly skilled dentist, with the kindest chair side manners. The Staff are so polite, kind, and all utilize the most up to date technology. Billing is great, more worried about you the patient, their knowledge regarding ins plans is second to none. Dr. Brian, Kris and the entire staff are amazing! Their true focus is making sure that their patients have an excellent experience while getting outstanding dental care. The office continuously looks for better, more effective, more patient-focused approaches to care - they are definitely re-investing in their services all the time. On a persona note, the Nylaans are also excellent supporters of the Grand Rapids community and pass that responsible viewpoint and example along to their staff.
