Disorganized office, abrasive staff, and a complete disregard for patient autonomy and safety. Hygienist was abusive and disrespectful. I was pressured toward unnecessary procedures outside the scope of the visit. Communication was poor, and a refund for a failed consultation was not addressed until I escalated the issue. My thoughts on Dr Bray and his team, professional all stars. I was referred to Dr Bray by both my dentist and an implant surgeon. From the initial consultation, a series of procedures and appointments I felt cared for and comfortable. There was an overriding sense of compassion, put the patient first and absolute professionalism. I cannot recommend Dr. Bray, et alia strongly enough. It is unheard of that a new paitent gets an emergency appointment two hours from the initial call, but that is exactly what happened today. Not only that, but the good doctor reattached my broken front implant tooth during my emergency visit. Four hours after initial contact with Dr. Bray's office, I am healed and whole again, as well as a fully registered patient. Thank you so much.

There aren't enough positive words in the language to adequately describe Dr. Bray and my husband's experience with him and his staff. When my husband first saw him, it was post consult with an oral surgeon who wanted to pull every tooth, in spite of the "fact" that he believed that this could result in ORN (a post radiation bone disease). Dr. Bray was referred by our dental oncologist. Between them, they determined that there was NO risk of ORN.
