I would recommend Dr. Braaksma, to others, he answers your questions, so you can understand the answers. He has a good bedside manners. The surgery went well and getting better every day. I can't wait to walk on my favorite beach again without pain👍🏻
I was in so much pain before Dr. Braaksma did my surgery. Now i can walk without the pain, i have to get back my strength in my legs and start living my life again without all the PAIN!! THANK YOU Dr Braaksma
Superior care, once my treatments are finished my husband will then start treatments for his back issues. I am extremely pleased with the care I have received and know my husband will get the same level of care.
I believe Dr Braaksma is very capable. My concern with him and Ortho Illinois is their pain management after surgery. I am on 3rd day post op and having unbearable pain. 2 phone calls so far ( 1 on Sunday so of course nothing they can do) and just waiting for call back. Nurse didn't seem too concerned with my pain and just made excuses about nothing can be done over a weekend. Dr Braaksma is the best spine surgeon! Not only was he able to figure out my problem after years of other physicians giving me false diagnosis. I am now pain free and living a lifestyle I could only dream of before. He is very compassionate and listens to you. His nursing staff is excellent too! I began crying to his nurse at my first visit and not only did she listen, she gave me a hug at the end of our conversation. Such great service, I will recommend everyone to Dr Braaksma and his team.
