My son CJ sees DR. Bivins and he’s amazing. He’s easy to communicate with and so is his staff!!
Love them here. Stayed with them even when we moved to Georgia, made the trip down every few weeks. Very personal and friendly. You are not just a number here. They even sent me a card when they found out I was pregnant.
There are too many reasons I love this place. First and foremost awesome staff and a doctor that is knowledgeable and cares about his patients. Clean and inviting environment that tells you how much they care about the comfort of both the patients but also the parents. Highly recommend for quality. I also think their pricing is fair and competitive.
We struggled to find an orthodontist mid treatment when we moved to Tampa. A friend of my boys recommended his. Two years later, we couldn't be happier. Even when one son wasn't compliant with his invisalign, Dr. Biven's staff was informative and supportive with all our options. Would truly recommend this office to anyone.
Bivens orthodontics has the BEST customer/patient centered atmosphere that I have ever experienced! My daughter is loving, LOVING going to the orthodontist. I love the free coffee in the waiting room, and the friendly attitude of the entire staff. I could not ask for a better experience!!
We have had four daughters go through braces at Bivens. We have always had the best care. Everyone is so friendly and very responsive to your questions and concerns! We are a very busy family and the best part is they get you in and out so quickly and usually without any wait at all!
