I had a very disappointing experience trying to become a patient of this doctor. His office would not allow me to schedule an appointment directly unless I called on Monday or Thursday mornings when, according to the staff, the schedule “opened up.” The scheduling process was also confusing and one-directional: the office would contact you, but you were then required to communicate with central scheduling to actually arrange the appointment.
