I called Dr Norouzi to make an appointment for the first time. The receptionist that answered the call was rude then put me on hold for 10 minutes. When she came back on the phone she agessively told me that she did not have any appointments in February. As I started to ask about March, she hung up the phone call. I called back immediately and got a message that the office was closed for lunch.
I have been with doctor Norouzi for over 15 years. Best urologist. Surgeries, checkups, etc. He listens and finds the problem and explains his treatment in detail. I have come to appreciate his thoroughness.
Dr. Norouzi is the best. I've been a patient of a few other urologists and he is the most caring, gentle, and effective.
