I called Dr Norouzi to make an appointment for the first time. The receptionist that answered the call was rude then put me on hold for 10 minutes. When she came back on the phone she agessively told me that she did not have any appointments in February. As I started to ask about March, she hung up the phone call. I called back immediately and got a message that the office was closed for lunch.

I have been with doctor Norouzi for over 15 years. Best urologist. Surgeries, checkups, etc. He listens and finds the problem and explains his treatment in detail. I have come to appreciate his thoroughness.

Dr. Norouzi is the best. I've been a patient of a few other urologists and he is the most caring, gentle, and effective.

I scheduled an appointment that was 2 months delayed for a cyst removal surgery. The cyst grew more prominent and got infected after two weeks, so I called back requesting to push up the appointment since I was in pain and that was an urgent health situation, but the recipient refused because I was a first-time patient; worse, she asked for urgent care!!! I believe there has to be a training or standard procedure to train people hired for positions like. This is not just a business; it's about human health care.
