I’m trying to forgive this man but he injected four units of Xeomin in my upper thigh for tightness in my foot. It turned into sepsis I was in so much pain and they canceled my appointment and then I couldn’t get in for another two weeks. I was crying and told him it’s infected and I need to be admitted and he said you are not getting admitted for this! Sent me home with powerful pain meds and the next morning I didn’t wake up. Cancelled my father's appointment the morning of his appointment after my husband took a half a day off of work! I realize emergencies come up, but what really ticks me off is the rude lady who called me and the rude lady who booked the appointment. I think it was the same person. Completely rude and unprofessional! Your attitude is a sure fire way to bring out mine.
Dr. Averell noticed something that no other doctor had ever seen. I appreciated that!
