Cancelled my father's appointment the morning of his appointment after my husband took a half a day off of work! I realize emergencies come up, but what really ticks me off is the rude lady who called me and the rude lady who booked the appointment. I think it was the same person. Completely rude and unprofessional! Your attitude is a sure fire way to bring out mine.
Dr. Averell noticed something that no other doctor had ever seen. I appreciated that!
