The front desk ladies didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Long line to stand in just to check in. The lady who took my x-ray was very nice. Dr. Rottinghaus did not even bother to come in the room for my appointment. Some red headed guy that said he works for Dr Rottinghaus came in said my x-ray was fine and to see my primary care doctor. Said I could look into “dry needling” and or “trigger point injections” for the pain. Stated they do not perform either of these and again to call my primary care doctor. In and out si... read more
Highly recommend! More than 5 stars. Dr Rottinghaus and his entire staff, especially Angie, made me feel like I was heard, getting the best care possible, and that the patient is the top priority. One of the best run doctors offices I’ve ever been to in my life! I’m very thankful my family doctor recommended Dr Rottinghaus and very thankful of the care of the doctor
They don't bother to look at the big picture. So don't go to beacon orthopedics all the want to do physical therapy and never look into the big picture. There like going to the er for belly pain and telling you take antacids without touching you.
