Made a threat to someone in the office!! Very quick to judge people. 0-60 in a hurry. would recommend avoiding.

I visited Brian Patrick on 6/18/2021 for an annual Check up. I have made over 15 phone calls to the office, Ascension Billing, and my Insurance company trying to get the bill resolved that was covered 100% by my Insurance company. Ascension constantly told me that I needed to send them the EOB I did that multiple times and they still show that I owe $195, which my Insurance company paid them. Ascension has sent the $195 to a collection agency which calls me wanting payment. I can’t believe that this cannot be resolved.
