Dr Iuliano and staff are the most compassionate and professional team I’ve ever dealt with They go above and beyond for their patients
I was treated with obvious respect and caring by Dr Iuliano and his team. He listened attentively, giving me options and explaining the pros and cons of each one. Prior to the day of my appointment I was emailed and told to pre register online which I did. Then I was emailed again and instructed to do the same again. I then called the office to inquire as to why I am being told to do this twice. The said only 5% of the data had been captured. I did not do it again at that moment. When I arrived at their office again I was told by the receptionist I had to finish filling out my pre registration form. I told them I had already submitted it a few days ago and to look again. After waiting a very long time to be seen by Dr Brian liliano he completely dismissed my concerns and exited the exam room while I was still telling him about my pain. They were running very behind that day and when he was able to see me I only got about 5 minutes of the drs time. Ive been in pain for 7 years and did not care at all. He was happy to just send me away and not actually provide care. One of the worst experiences i have had. I will not see this Dr again. Everyone else was wonderful.
I had a very complicated 7 level fusion of my neck. He listened to my concerns, was very good at explaining to surgery and my postop care.
Dr. Iuliano was very knowledgeable, kind and actually listened to me when I was explaining my issues regarding my back. We went over treatment options and he was honest about what he thought would work best and what to expect. 100% would recommend him to anyone experiencing issues with their discs and spine.
Things are not going well when one has to see a neurosurgeon. But Dr. Iuliano was wonderful and made it as positive an experience as it could be. He heard me, asked great questions, and together we made a plan that I am confident in. Highly recommend him!
Well, too start out I was very late for my first visit with him, and he and his staff accommodated me so I could still be seen. For that I'm extremely grateful! It was a quick appointment, he seemed prepared. I came in feeling I needed an MRI, and prior auth is being taken care of. All in all a good visit
