The whole building is very clean. The staff knows how to take care of residents. They answer their phones. A very good place to put your family member in!
Horrible center to leave a love one in. I have been here for 2 days so far and have had more issues with the cna then I can stand, If they don't understand what there job is or they don't like it find a new one , but please don't take it out on the patients. They need watch what they say around them as well. As far as the Nurses and admin so far that has been ok. Also they need to work better with the hospitals when patients are beeing transfered to them by making sure they have the needed equipment before saying they are re... read more

I want to share my experience with Briea of Belleville Nursing Home, because I wish someone had warned our family. I do not wish this place deserving a star at all. In our experience, communication was extremely poor. My mother was found non-responsive around 9:00 a.m. and was sent to the hospital — and our family was never notified. We only learned about it later. Even more concerning, she didn’t arrive at the hospital until around 1:30 p.m. That delay has left us with many unanswered questions.
