My grandmother received therapy at BRIA and loved the team!
So disappointed. There was one CNA that took care of my dad. The rest neglected him so much that they forgot meals, his bipap, and was very unsanitary. I had to argue to have my dad transferred to the hospital where we found out he had blood clots on his lungs and possible pneumonia. Never again will my loved ones go to a Bria facility. They literally would have let him lay there and die.
My husband just visited a friend at this facility. My husband said it was the worst place. It smells, it is dirty. It is messy. He felt terrible that his friend is there. What a shame. People deserve better than this. I have heard all Bria's is nasty. The owners should be ashamed!!!!!
The website pics for this place are totally deceptive. My Mom didn’t feel comfortable at all and ordered me to take her home or find somewhere else to go. The building is in bad shape in the back area and needs total repair and rehab. My Mom was on the 400 hallway. Trash was everywhere at 8:30pm on Friday when I arrived and the hallway and rooms smelled of urine.
