My father was at this facility for almost 3 months and I must say, it wasn’t a horrible experience. The nursing staff was very patient with him, and even called us when he was having a bad day and when he requested to speak to us. The Administrator always listened to our concerns and responded to us in a very timely manner. My mom went to Bria for therapy after her total hip replacement. I was extremely skeptical at first sight. We did not have much options so we made it work. Pros The staff were very kind and helpful. Bree was super amazing and would help my mom with little requests that she had. The social worker, Melissa is also amazing and was helpful when we needed to get some stuff sorted out. Don't go there you will be neglected and the CNA's are always on their phones texting whoever and neglecting patients, I may go to iCare when I leave here. Going to my ombudsman and they will close this place down.a current resident I missed breakfast they were supposed to bring me frosted flakes,well it's lunchtime now I guess I have to suffer guess they don't care. Terrible
The worst place to be for elderly or anyone for that matter. Care of the residents is neglected. The staff is not very friendly. The kitchen staff is very unprofessional. Almost everyone of my meals have had something wrong with them. Does not look at all as the pictures do. Very dumpy!!! Not ran properly. Let's just say it needs to be closed down!! I would never recommend this place or any other Bria facility. They are an experimental facility.
