Our mother, Jean, was a resident on the second floor of BRIA of Westmont's memory care unit. She was a patient that had dementia and on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 she choked to death and died. All we were told from the staff at BRIA was that our mother was unresponsive and paramedics were working on her.
