My mother in law was in the Bellville Il facility fell twice in a week, bed sores, bruises on left eye and face, and severely dehydrated. My husband and brother in law had to get the police to release her. This place needs to be shut down now! COVID 19 won't kill the residents this facility will. Why take a job where the care and dignity of someone doesn't matter. Find another job. We love our families and depend on you people to take care of them and not just earn a paycheck. My Mother died while in the care of a Bria facility. They are not equipped to give care to the residents. They are lacking compassion and professionalism. I feel sorry for anyone that can’t advocate for themselves and is at the mercy of these poorly run incompetent facilities.
This place is horrible!!!
‘‘There Palos Hills long term care facility is the type of place that gives nursing homes a bad name. The physical property is long over due for a remodel. The management is atrocious. No communication. No one ever answers a phone and may or may not return your call. Moved my mom to Symphony in Joliet (night and day improvement). Took at least five hours to arrange transfer (and my husband and I spent the day there in person). Was told refund check of fees paid up front would be expedited the following day. Please be aware of Brias of Palos Hills business practice of HIPPA violations!!! Computer screens at their facilities are in plain view of everyone at the front check in desk!! Also, they will hold your money back if you decide to move your loved one to another facility!! We moved her due to extreme lack of Management!! Lauren and Devin promised we would receive our refund check two weeks ago!! We will be filing a formal complaint with Medicare and States Attorneys office for privacy HIPPA violations!!!
I just dont recommend working at Bria of Westmont.

RecommendedBria of Geneva is a great facility
I would not recommend Bria of Palos to ANYONE. Horrible care. Very few nurses that actually do their job. Neglect neglect neglect. If you love the person that needs nursing home care do not send them to this place.
