BRGR Bar, comes from local restaurateur Phelps (Dieck) Craig, the original chef, creator and owner of Brazo. We've created a new restaurant that not only fits well within the community, but also captured the authentic aspects of a local pub, with an infusion of modern and cool--in both the setting and the menu offerings. We've kept the menu items simple and use only grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free locally sourced beef.

Service was good. The burgers were awesome! Had a build your own. Bison burger with bacon, Vermont Cheddar and bourbon BBQ sauce. Cooked perfectly medium. I'd definitely go back! I'd love to try their adult shakes.
After our third attempt at going it's off the list for sure. Every time it 1/2 to 1 hour wait even at 7 on a Tuesday night
Not only do they have wicked tassssty juicy cooked burgers and yummy apps but their service is awesome. Nicole and Chloe are the dynamic duo behind the bar- it was super busy being restaurant week and the whole place was completely sat with new customers walking in through the door. Full bar and all, they both had great positive attitudes and a smile on their faces. They pay attention, work hard and care about their peeps. Love it here �

Great service, extremely personable. Our server made fantastic suggestions. Late lunch/pre-show dinner with the family; outstanding burgers all around. All cooked perfectly medium. So good!
Went with a friend who ordered wine and the glass had lipstick on it! After two more attempts and two more lipstick marks she said no thanks! She then ordered a burger and asked for no onions twice once in the beginning of her order and once at the end. She received her burger almost 30 minutes later with you guessed it..onions! The waitress said she’d take it back and have them make her another she said no I’ll just pick them off because at this point we just wanted out!
