BRGR Bar, comes from local restaurateur Phelps (Dieck) Craig, the original chef, creator and owner of Brazo. We've created a new restaurant that not only fits well within the community, but also captured the authentic aspects of a local pub, with an infusion of modern and cool--in both the setting and the menu offerings. We've kept the menu items simple and use only grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free locally sourced beef.

First time going here, food drinks and service was excellent. Did the build a burger 🍔 you can choose your meat bread sauce cheese and condiments. OMG deliciousness
My granddaughter and I eat out alllll the time and usually seek out burgers . I can honestly say that I’ve been alive 50 yrs and this was the best meal I ever had and she agrees although she’s only been alive 8 lol . I had the salmon burger with truffle fries the burger could only be described as a religious experience! The cook is not a cook he’s an Artist if I become filthy rich I’m sure to include him in my will and if I die tomorrow I’ll die happy because I had that salmon burger 🙏🏻
Abby was a great server! We thoroughly enjoyed our apps for entrees which included steak egg rolls, loaded waffle fries and fried pickles. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience! We sat outside and brought my son’s little puppy with us. Everything was wonderful...the server, the food, the welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely return! 🍔💕

Erin our server was fantastic...Our custom grass fed burger and bison burgers were perfect! What can I say about the homemade sweet potato fries and onion rings!!! Looking forward to seeing the smiles on all of the employees again!
