Overpriced, way below average burgers. Skip it. – Let me start out by saying I love burgers. You'd be hard-pressed to find a bigger fan than I when it comes to this carnivore's staple. When brgr opened, my coworkers were the first to try it out. I heard it was expensive and figured I'd wait to hear a few opinions before I tried out a brand new location. The initial response I received was that it was ok, but nothing special. A couple months later, I asked another coworker that I saw had gotten it for lunch. Same response. Fi... read more

don't bother – Crazily overpriced, tasteless burgers with overcooked, cold fries. Could barely even pick up the burgers to eat them they were so soggy. We thought we'd treat ourselves but for a mouthful of expensive blah we shoulda just kept looking for the pizza slices we'd had in mind. Grrr. (It cost $28 for 2 burgers, 2 fries & 2 sodas. So we expected jumbo, delicious burgers with crispy, fresh, 'hot' fries - not the day old, wet, totally limp, real bad imitation happy meals that we got. We didn't even finish them).

Cant get the order right! – Been there twice. Food is tasty but... Two visits, and twice they got our orders wrong. And they weren't complicated. Last night our fries were the dreggs of the fryer. Buns didnt come close to holding up the burgers - ours fell apart completely last night. Had to ask for a cup even though I had ordered and paid for a fountain drink. And the service is not outgoing or particularly friendly. Not going back. Too many other good burger joints.

Great toppings & friendly service!!!!! – Walked in off the street to find a great suprise. Great juicy burgers with fun toppings. The atmosphere is casual and the service is friendly. There are not too many quick burger places where you can find gruyere, avocado & herbed mayo as a topping which is fabulous on the turkey burger. It's a great place for a quick burger. Better yet you can have a glass of vino or beer to top it off!

Pre-Madison Square Garden Burger Fare – Fast food type burger joint serves ground-beef blend burgers with a multitude of topping choices, hand cut fries(and sweet fries) as well as shakes and Pints of Brooklyn Brews ($5). Close proximity to Madison Square Garden that gurantees a fast, casual, good eat before a game!

Bad burgers/fries, great shakes – If you are in the mood for paying $20 for a dry tasteless burger and burnt fries and awsome shake, then Brgr is for you. They claim that the burgers are 1/3 lb, but i have seen thicker jucier burgers at McDonalds for 99 cents. The fries were all over cooked and not very hot. Plus everything is rediculously over priced. I would only recomend the shakes, i have had vanilla and black and white, and they are good but expensive. Over all, the burger joint at the le parker meriden is much better.

Mediocre food, expensive prices, and slow service – Great design, but overpriced and disappointing food. Service was slow and inattentive: it took the servers 3 attempts to bring me the right shake (I ordered a chocolate shake which should not be difficult to get right), and although I ordered my burger medium-rare, it came out well done. The burger is thin, dry, and unremarkable -- not unlike a fast-food burger but three times the price.

awesome shakes, service a little slow – So I've only been to Brgr for their shakes- yes its a $6 shake, and yes, you'll probably have to wait at least 10 minutes to get it, but they're so delicious. Try the pomegranate blueberry one.

Good Burgers, Nice Decor – I tried the Turkey Burger here. It was tasty & juicy. Definitely better than anything from Mickey D's, but a little on the pricey side. Nonetheless, it was good. The Sweet Potato Fries weren't crunchy, but I like them a little soggy anyway. Overall, a decent burger joint if you want to dish out $7+ for a burger.
